Kelsey Asbille Chow has been an American actor for more than a decade. She rose to fame with her role in the role of an Disney XD actor in the sitcom "Pair of Kings". She guest-starred ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, performed across the United States in Neil Simon's female version The Odd Couple. Barbara appeared at The New Theatre, Kansas City Missouri during 2012 in the production Social Security. The play was on stage for just a couple of days at Jacksonville Florida.
